Job summary

A well-established national law firm in White Plains is seeking an experienced litigation associate to join its Financial Services Litigation practice. The role focuses on commercial litigation involving financial institutions, mortgage servicers, and real property matters, with meaningful responsibility on active matters.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of commercial litigation experience, hands-on deposition skills, strong courtroom and writing ability, and NY Bar admission.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Financial services, mortgage servicing, or real property litigation is a strong plus.
• Active admission to the New York Bar.
