LeoForce in Chicago invites an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join a growing, full-service practice. You will handle sophisticated commercial disputes and manage cases from inception through resolution with a collaborative team.

The role requires 5+ years of commercial litigation, strong writing and advocacy, and Illinois bar admission. The firm offers a base salary of 250k–300k USD, a performance-based bonus, a hybrid schedule (3 days in office), and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills.
• Experience handling sophisticated business disputes with significant client responsibility.
• Construction litigation, privacy, or insurance coverage experience is a plus.
• Illinois Bar admission required.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial and business litigation from inception through resolution.
• Proceed with motion practice, discovery, depositions, and client counseling.
• Manage cases in state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations and mediations.
• Advise clients on strategy and potential outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop legal arguments and briefs.
