Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of general commercial litigation experience.
• Experience drafting and responding to pleadings and discovery.
• Experience drafting and arguing motions; taking and defending depositions.
• Trial experience a plus; large law firm experience preferred.

• Take and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
• Provide risk management advice to clients and resolve disputes.
