Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school.
2–6 years of litigation experience.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.

Responsibilities

Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and substantive litigation documents
Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda
Managing discovery and litigation deadlines
Taking and defending depositions
Participating in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
Assisting with case strategy and client counseling
Working directly with partners and clients on sophisticated litigation matters
