Qualifications

• 2–5 years of litigation experience.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Bilingual capabilities are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take on meaningful responsibility in sophisticated commercial disputes.
• Work with partners and clients across matters including franchise, IP, real estate, and general commercial litigation.
• Participate in marketing and business development, including client pitches and presentations.
