Partners Legal Search is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney for its Manchester, NH office. The role focuses on sophisticated corporate and commercial disputes with meaningful case ownership and a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The attorney will handle pleadings, motions, discovery (including e-discovery), and case strategy, with opportunities for depositions and courtroom exposure while working closely with clients and a broader litigation team.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school and bar admission in good standing.
• 3–7 years of commercial or business litigation experience.
• Strong pleadings, motions practice and legal research abilities.
• Experience with discovery and e-discovery processes.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex commercial and corporate disputes.
• Manage litigation matters through various stages of the case.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and other filings.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy.
• Manage written and document discovery, including e-discovery.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions and hearings.
• Collaborate with litigation team and clients on strategy.
