Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required and NY license to practice.
• Experience in general commercial litigation across all phases.
• Strong research and writing skills with an excellent academic record.
• Experience in NY State and federal courts.
• Experience drafting and responding to pleadings and discovery.
• Experience drafting and arguing motions.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Experience with real estate and finance matters preferred.
• Trial experience a plus but not required.
• Large law firm experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support across all phases of commercial disputes.
• Draft pleadings, manage discovery, and coordinate depositions.
• Represent clients in NY state and federal courts as needed.
