Qualifications

• Experience in all aspects of litigation and ADR.

• Ability to evaluate client rights under leases, licenses, and purchase agreements.

Responsibilities

• Represent property owners, boards, landlords, managers, developers and tenants in real estate disputes.
• Handle disputes involving property rights, leasing issues, construction defects, and delays.
• Engage in general commercial litigation beyond real estate matters.
