Responsibilities

• Manage complex matters through all phases of litigation or arbitration.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, and dispositive motions.
• Analyze governance documents and financial materials for issues.
• Lead discovery, coordinate review and production, prepare witnesses and depositions.
• Translate business objectives into litigation strategies for clients and experts.
• Support trials/arbitrations with exhibits and strategy development.
• Evaluate transaction documents to address post‑transaction disputes.
