Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar admission.
• Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation from investigation through discovery and pleadings.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research on complex issues to provide sound advice.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop litigation strategies.
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
• Attend depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and professional ethics.
• Stay updated on changes in law and inform clients of implications.
