Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Associate for its Business Litigation team in New York, NY or Boston, MA. This hybrid role involves handling sophisticated commercial disputes in state and federal courts, as well as mediation and arbitration.

The successful candidate has a JD, admission to NY or MA bar, at least three years of business litigation experience, and strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to NY or MA bar (Connecticut bar preferred).
• 3+ years of business litigation experience.
• Federal or state judicial clerkship experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in courtroom and mediation/arbitration proceedings.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Research factual and legal issues and collaborate on strategies.
• Draft memoranda, pleadings, discovery demands, motions, and briefs.
• Examine records and transactions underlying business disputes.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments for comprehensive legal support.
