Formación

• JD required; licensed to practice law in MO.
• Strong academic credentials and top-tier writing/research skills.
• Experience in general commercial litigation across diverse matters.

Responsabilidades

• Represent clients in general commercial litigation matters.
• Interact with clients and manage case strategy and development.
• Take and defend depositions, draft and argue motions.
• Represent clients at hearings and trial where applicable.
