Job summary

Fox Rothschild LLP is seeking a Litigation Associate in the Kansas City, MO office with three to five years of general commercial litigation experience. Requirements include a Juris Doctorate and licensure to practice in Missouri and Kansas. Large firm experience is strongly preferred, with an at-will employment framework.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Missouri and Kansas.
• Experience in general commercial litigation across contracts, workplace policy, IP disputes, real estate, insurance, construction, and more.

Responsibilities

• Handle general commercial litigation matters with meaningful client interaction.
• Take and defend depositions, including expert depositions.
• Draft and argue motions and participate in case strategy and development.
• Trial experience is a plus but not required; large law firm experience preferred.
