Job summary

The Bachrach Group is seeking a litigation attorney in Los Angeles with 3–5 years of experience to join a sophisticated practice handling complex commercial and class action matters.

Strong candidates will have federal court exposure, hands‑on involvement throughout the litigation lifecycle, and excellent research and writing skills. German fluency is highly valued but not required for consideration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of litigation experience.
• Background in complex commercial litigation and/or class actions.
• German proficiency is a major plus.
• Experience litigating in federal court.
• Hands-on involvement across pleadings, motions, discovery and trial.
• Excellent research, writing, analytical and case-management skills.

Litigation Attorney | Complex Commercial & Class Action Matters

Los Angeles preferred | Other U.S. offices considered | Hybrid

I’m working with a highly regarded national law firm seeking a talented litigation attorney with approximately 3–5 years of experience to join a sophisticated litigation practice working with one of the largest international companies. This is a non-partnership-track position that offers high-level substantive work with more manageable reduced billable hours (work/life balance).

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong litigator who enjoys complex matters and wants to continue developing meaningful, hands‑on experience without necessarily pursuing the traditional partnership track. German proficiency is a major plus!!!

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years of litigation experience
• Background in complex commercial litigation and/or class actions
• German fluency or proficiency (a strong plus, but not a requirement)
• Experience litigating in federal court
• Hands‑on involvement throughout the litigation lifecycle, including pleadings, motions, discovery, expert development and trial

Los Angeles is strongly preferred, although attorneys located in other major U.S. markets will absolutely be considered.
