Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

An AmLaw 200 firm with a strong presence in Jacksonville, FL is seeking to add a skilled and motivated Commercial Litigation Associate to its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of complex cases.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle a diverse range of commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to: intellectual property, patents, trademarks, maritime law, insurance coverage, contract disputes, covenants not to compete, partnership and shareholder disputes, and commercial products liability.
• Take the lead on depositions, hearings, and courtroom appearances.
• Work independently and proactively—ideal for someone who prefers to run with a case rather than wait for step-by-step direction.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 2+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Strong courtroom presence and confidence managing cases from start to finish.
• A self-starter with excellent judgment, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Compensation: Starting salary of $160,000+, commensurate with experience.
