Job summary

Confidential Employer in Frisco, TX is seeking a licensed Texas attorney to lead civil and commercial litigation matters. The role offers a strong base salary and meaningful courtroom exposure, with on-site work and occasional remote flexibility.

You will draft pleadings, conduct discovery, and interact directly with clients, collaborating with an experienced litigation team. Minimum 2 years of civil litigation experience and knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure are required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas law license in good standing.
• 2+ years civil litigation experience preferred; strong candidates with 2+ years will be considered.
• Working knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Experience drafting pleadings, discovery, and managing litigation tasks.
• Strong legal writing, research, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commercial litigation experience is preferred but not required.
