Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 5–15+ years of commercial litigation experience in state and federal courts.
• Experience handling all phases of litigation, including discovery and e-discovery.
• Strong motion practice experience, including motions to dismiss and summary judgment.
• Proficiency using LexisNexis and Westlaw for research.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts.
