- Ability to manage workflow independently to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Work with partners in complex commercial litigation matters.
- Meet with clients, draft pleadings, take and defend depositions, requests for discovery, research, motions.
- Draft motions, argue at court appearances, participate in trials and arbitration support.
- Assist with mediations, trials and arbitrations and negotiate settlements.
- Interview witnesses and draft agreements; communicate with clients.
