Qualifications

• 3-5 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.
• Demonstrated experience practicing in the Delaware Court of Chancery and/or Delaware Superior Court's Complex Commercial Litigation Division
• Superior legal writing and research skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
• Must be admitted to practice in Delaware

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters from early case assessment through resolution
• Appear in and practice before the Court of Chancery of Delaware and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Superior Court of Delaware
• Draft and argue motions, conduct legal research, and prepare briefs
• Support and collaborate on discovery strategy, depositions, and trial preparation
• Communicate directly with clients on case strategy and status
