Duties

• Handle all phases of commercial litigation, including:
  • Declaratory judgment actions and bad faith claims.
  • Written discovery, document production, and depositions.
  • Drafting and filing motions, such as motions to dismiss, summary judgment, and motions in limine.
  • Preparing pre-trial documents and managing trial and appellate processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop litigation strategies and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Manage and oversee class action matters, where applicable.
• Analyze and review financial documents to support case preparation and arguments.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in commercial litigation, including:
  • Contract disputes, employment, directors and officers, real estate, and securities actions.
  • Experience in both state and federal court proceedings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and e-discovery platforms.
• Strong legal writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

Certifications
