Participate in trial preparation and strategy development

Draft and research briefs, pleadings, and memoranda

Lead and manage discovery processes

Prepare investigation reports and case analyses

Argue motions and appear in court as needed

Conduct and prepare for depositions and witness interviews

Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case development

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of relevant legal experience (JD class years 2020–2022)

Significant exposure to securities litigation and/or complex commercial litigation

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple aspects of litigation simultaneously

Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills

Experience working in a large or mid-sized law firm preferred

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Admission to the New York State Bar (in good standing)
