• Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing complex commercial and business litigation matters.
• Drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, and other court filings.
• Conducting legal research and developing litigation strategy.
• Managing written discovery, document review, and discovery disputes.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Preparing witnesses and assisting with trial preparation.
• Appearing in state and federal court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Working directly with clients to develop practical litigation solutions.

Candidate Profile
