BCG Attorney Search seeks a Commercial Litigation Associate for its Salt Lake City, Utah office. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of business litigation experience in complex matters within state and federal courts.

Responsibilities include discovery management, drafting pleadings, taking and defending depositions, trial preparation, and active client interaction with partners. Requires JD from an ABA-approved school and Utah Bar admission.
