Responsibilities

• Conduct written and document discovery.
• Research and draft pleadings, motions and other court filings.
• Handle applications for expedited relief (TROs and injunctions).
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare witnesses for testimony.
• Appear at status conferences and motion hearings in state and federal court.
• Participate in settlement conferences and negotiations; support trial preparation and broader litigation strategy.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Active membership in, and good standing with, the Texas Bar;
• Top academic credentials;
• A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a sophisticated, high-volume practice;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and
• The confidence to interact directly with partners and clients.
