Job summary

The role involves discovery through trial preparation, including drafting pleadings, conducting research, taking depositions, and direct client contact in a on-site Atlanta setting.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Georgia.
• At least two years of litigation experience.
• Experience taking depositions and appearing in court.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent judgment and client communication skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach.
