Job summary

Newtek Insurance Agency is seeking an AVP Insurance Services – Marketing I to market and analyze coverage for new business in the Property and Casualty team. You will ensure documentation is complete, prepare renewal quotes, and process endorsements as needed, while coordinating with management and frontline staff across the team.

The role requires organizing multiple tasks, collaborating across teams, and maintaining timely submission packets to marketplaces.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has experience as commercial line account management with experience in various commercial products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BSSs and CSRs to ensure submission packets for new accounts are complete and forwarded to marketplace for quotes.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and request updates within 24 hours of receipt.
• Assist the BSS by completing accords for quoting as directed by management.
• Submit completed information to market via carrier portal, email, or phone quote depending on carrier process.
• Present a professional image and be camera ready in line with company policies and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
• Support BSS and CSRs in maintaining a high flow of quotes for new business by leveraging submission packets to obtain multiple quote options (min. 3).
• Create a BOR when needed for clients preferring not to go through the marketing process.
