Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency is required to perform clerical tasks and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with policy and endorsement checking for commercial P&C accounts.
• Assist with the submission process, including claims analysis, updating accords, and supplemental apps.
• Assist with the preparation of proposals and account overviews.
• Assist with loss runs, MVR orders, and certificates of insurance.
• Perform clerical functions including scanning, proofreading, and photocopying documents.
• Enter data into applications as needed and review/file documents in ImageRight.
• Access carrier sites to download policy documents and back-up the front desk as needed.
• Contribute to special projects as assigned.
