Job summary

Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC (ISC) is seeking a Commercial Lines Product Manager to lead P&C programs with high exposure and long-tailed loss profiles. You will partner with underwriting, technology, finance and leadership to optimize margins, pricing, and efficiency using data and BI tools.

The role requires hands-on data analysis, SQL/Python, and a deep understanding of ISO/advisory rates, policy forms, and program metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, quantitative discipline preferred.
• 2-3 years P&C insurance product management or 3-5 years product analyst experience.
• Familiarity with P&C policy/claims processes and data.
• Experience with ISO loss costs or proprietary rating plans.
• Expertise in insurance pricing strategies for P&C.
• Strong analytical and data skills; Excel power user; SQL/Python for data extraction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product scorecards; monitor KPIs and trends; share results with leaders.
• Acquire SME on insured policy/claim data; use SQL/Python for reporting and insights.
• Manage rating plans; monitor premium/exposure trends; support pricing strategies with underwriters.
• Manage policy forms kits (ISO, carrier-specific). Lead implementation with Tech team.
• Describe requirements to streamline underwriting/issuance; evaluate third-party data sources.
• Ensure loss runs from TPAs are ingested, archived, and reported; analyze loss results.
