Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, placement, underwriting, or related marketing role.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations for commercial lines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for a client-focused environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build partnerships with clients and carriers.
• Solid negotiation skills with a client-centered approach.
• Detail-oriented and able to deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-paced settings.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and carrier quoting systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with producers and account managers to secure optimal placement of commercial lines insurance accounts.
• Evaluate client needs and develop marketing strategies to address coverage gaps or challenges.
• Build and maintain strong carrier relationships; negotiate terms, conditions, and premiums for tailored coverage solutions.
• Create and present professional, detailed proposals to clients for their commercial coverage options.
• Monitor market trends to support clients in obtaining innovative insurance offerings.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction of client accounts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the placement process.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting on all placements.
• Develop and manage marketing initiatives, campaigns, and materials aimed at driving business growth.
