Qualifications

• Pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in a host department (Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management and Insurance)
• Interest in insurance-related roles; involvement in insurance clubs or Gamma Iota Sigma
• Graduation expected Spring 2027, December 2027, or Spring 2028
• Previous work or internship experience in a professional services environment

Responsibilities

• Perform EPIC system cleanup and validate data to maintain accuracy and compliance
• Rotate weekly among specialty groups to learn diverse client needs and operations
• Participate in client meetings to develop communication and professional relationships
• Gain exposure to property, general liability, auto, workers' comp, umbrella/excess coverages
• Support market research, account analysis, and business development
