Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree related to host departments (Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management & Insurance)
• Interest in insurance-related roles; involvement in insurance clubs or Gamma Iota Sigma
• Graduating Spring 2027, December 2027, or Spring 2028
• Previous work or internship experience in a professional services or similar environment
• Entrepreneurial spirit with problem-solving and creative thinking

Responsibilities

• Perform EPIC system cleanup and validate data for accuracy and compliance
• Rotate weekly among groups to learn diverse client needs and operations
• Participate in client meetings to develop communication skills and professional relationships
• Participate in internal strategy discussions and client/carrier meetings to build relationships
• Gain exposure to property, general liability, automobile and other coverages
• Support market research, account analysis, and business development
• Build relationships across brokerage, account management, claims, risk control, and specialty teams
