Job summary

Westrock Insurance Agency is seeking a seasoned Commercial Lines professional to own complex accounts from day one in a fast-paced agency. This senior role targets a confident, detail-driven expert who wants their experience to matter and make a real impact.

You will service and manage a book of Commercial Lines accounts, including mid to large-sized risks, handling new business, renewals, and endorsements while reviewing policies for gaps and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong Commercial Lines experience in an independent agency setting.
• Active Property & Casualty license is a bonus.
• Previous experience with AMS 360 and working remotely.
• Solid understanding of coverages, policy structure, and underwriting.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing accounts independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Service and manage a book of Commercial Lines accounts, including mid to large-sized risks.
• Prepare and process new business, renewals, and endorsements.
• Review policies for accuracy, coverage gaps, and compliance.
• Assist with remarketing efforts and renewal strategy alongside producers.
• Communicate with carriers to secure competitive terms and resolve underwriting issues.
