Job summary

HUB International Limited, a leading insurance broker, seeks a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative in Baton Rouge. You will service accounts under Account Executives and Producers, interacting with clients and carriers.

The role requires 1–2 years of Commercial Lines experience, a Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain within 60 days, strong computer skills, and excellent written and verbal communication. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of Commercial Lines experience preferred.
• Active Property and Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Strong computer skills and proficient with various software programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Organized and highly detail-oriented.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Issue auto ID cards, binders, certificates & Evidence of Property.
• Order loss runs and input information.
• Order MVRs and E Mods.
• Process change requests and cancellations.
• Audit rates and invoicing.
• Support Account Managers and Account Executives; update on policy binding.
• Process new business and renewals.
• Set up/update billing information.
• Scan and input correspondence into paperless files.
• Email signed forms to carriers.
• Prepare policies to be delivered.
• Reconcile fleet schedules.
• Prepare tabs for proposals.
• Agent of record letters.
• Finance agreement quotes.
• Renewal of all policies.
• Additional administrative duties.
• Assist with various projects.
• Handle claims intake for the unit.
