Gallagher is seeking a Property and Casualty licensed Commercial Lines Client Service Manager to join our Energy team. You will work with large national and global clients, delivering tailored insurance solutions and building strong relationships.

You’ll manage renewals, mentor teammates, and ensure compliance while delivering high-quality service. This remote-friendly role supports growth and meaningful impact across client portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of client service management experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience.
• Active Property and Casualty Producer’s License.
• Proficiency with EPIC and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong technical insurance experience with middle-market solutions and maintaining client relationships.

• Manage the renewal process by gathering client information, analyzing needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, secure existing business, and drive sales of additional services and coverages.
• Build and maintain strong client and carrier relationships through timely responses and excellent service.

• Mentor team members through delegation, feedback, and ongoing learning.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher’s systems.

Overview

At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Property and Casualty licensed Commercial Lines Client Service Manager to join our Energy team to work closely with large national and global clients. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional service and deliver tailored insurance solutions. You’ll help build strong relationships, solve challenges, and ensure every interaction both internally and externally adds value. How you'll make an impact

You’ll play a key role in supporting and leading efforts to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. From managing renewals to mentoring team members, you’ll help ensure client needs are met and compliance standards are upheld.

• Mentor team members by delegating tasks, providing transparent feedback, encouraging continuous learning, and fostering professional growth.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high service standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy data using Gallagher’s systems.
• Use Gallagher’s technology to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and deliver quality results.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and meet client expectations.

About You

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

• A Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of client service management experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience.
• An active Property and Casualty Producer’s License.
• Proficiency with insurance document management software (EPIC) and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong technical insurance experience with middle-market insurance solutions and maintaining clients and carrier relationships.
• The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms, manage competing priorities, and work independently.
