Jimcor Agency Inc. is seeking an experienced Brokerage professional in Plainview, NY to support commercial lines submissions, renewals, and policy updates.

You will coordinate with agents and carriers, process endorsements, and ensure timely, accurate handling of brokerage tasks while maintaining regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates have at least two years of brokerage experience, a NY P&C license, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of Brokerage Commercial Lines Insurance experience.
• NY P&C Insurance/Brokers License.
• Analytical skills to identify, gather and organize information and provide recommendations.
• Ability to prepare brokerage submission to markets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including time-management and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Handle brokerage duties including quoting, binding, cancellations, endorsements, and policy review.
• Communicate with agents and carriers as directed by Supervisor.
• Handling of follow ups for brokerage business.
• Review endorsements/requests against the policy.
• Service all accounts, including resolving client and carrier requests within guidelines.
• Ensure quality and timely processing and organized file maintenance.
• Adhere to procedures to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards, including out-of-state filings.
• Assist with renewal processing and new business submission as directed.
• Assist other team members as needed.
