Job summary

HUB International in Baton Rouge, LA, is seeking a Commercial Lines Associate Account Manager to support day-to-day servicing of accounts under guidance of Account Executives and Producers. The hybrid role interacts with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure accurate policy administration.

Preferred candidates have 1-2+ years in Commercial Lines, a Property and Casualty license or willingness to obtain within 60 days, and strong written/verbal communication and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Issue auto ID cards, binders, certificates & Evidence of Property.
• Process change requests, cancellations, and invoicing tasks; follow up as needed.
• Renewals processing and policy administration.
• Assist Account Executives and Producers with various servicing tasks.
