Job summary

HUB Northwest in Bothell, Washington is seeking three full-time apprentices to join our team. Two will join the Commercial Lines team and one will work with Employee Benefits.

The in-person program requires a 40-hour work week for 10 weeks, after which you may become a regular HUB employee. Successful completion can lead to a Property & Casualty License or Life, Accident and Health License and a full-time position with HUB International, a global insurance broker.

Qualifications

• College graduates or final-year students with graduation before Jan 2026.
• Unrestricted US work authorization.
• Willingness to commit to 10-week, 40 hours/week apprenticeship.
• Consent to background checks and non-disclosure.
