Penn National Insurance seeks a Commercial Lines Territory Manager to liaison with agents and internal teams. You will nurture agent relationships, assess performance, and drive profitable growth in premium volume and policy count.

Role supports underwriting and regional initiatives, leveraging authority to favorably influence results while maintaining company pricing philosophies and ease of doing business.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree preferred.
• Continuing education in specialized insurance courses such as IIA, AU, CPCU, CIC.
• Active agent’s P&C license in domiciled state preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop the agency force to pre-qualify, rate, and bind profitable commercial lines business.
• Develop professional relationships with agents, underwriting and claim teams.
• Proactively prospect agencies and manage profitability and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with underwriters and leadership on decisions affecting small business and mid-market.
• Conduct agency reviews and implement corrective actions to achieve goals.
