The successful Territory Sales Manager will join an established and very successful sales territory expanding our business further with both customers and prospective optical offices. This exclusive territory is geographically focused on Eastern PA including Scranton, Allentown and King of Prussia. The Territory Sales Manager will travel throughout the territory, and will be equipped with dynamic tools and technology, including a rep-inspired sales cycling app! We thrive on offering interactive training and ongoing professional development to all members of our team.

The Prescription for a Spectacular Sales Consultant:

  • Passion for selling and servicing customers.
  • Proven track record of sales achievement; calling upon sales experience from a related industry, which may include Cosmetics, Dental Sales, Accessories, Giftware, Medical Devices, Food/ Beverage Wholesale, Salon Sales, or Optical industries (Opticians, Practice Managers, Lens or Lab reps, Technicians, etc.).
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Interest in using technology and social media to enhance business results.
  • Sense of style and eye for fashion.
  • Adept at maximizing Time management and organization skills.
  • Candidates must be capable of regularly carrying sample bags weighing a minimum of 30 lbs, requiring car trunk space utilization and lifting.

Schedule:

  • Customer appointments typically take place between 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
  • Daily travel and possible overnight stays outside of typical/scheduled business hours should be taken into consideration
  • This role offers an opportunity for competitive compensation consisting of a base salary in addition to varied commission, and other eligible incentives based on goal achievement.
