Job summary

Biltmore Insurance Services, LLC in Marietta, GA seeks an experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Specialist to independently manage submissions, renewals, endorsements, and audits, acting as the subject matter expert on coverages.

You will collect insurer quotes, negotiate rates, process binders and invoicing, manage a book of business, cross-sell, and support producers while ensuring accurate policy review and client service.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Insurance License.
• Minimum 5+ years of Commercial Lines Experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task, analyze and prioritize information with producers, company, and agency personnel.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage new client submissions, applications, renewals, endorsements, and audits.
• Lead client service as the subject matter expert on insurance coverages.
• Collect insurer quotes, negotiate rates, order loss runs, and provide analysis.
• Manage a book of business.
• Responsible for renewals, including binders, invoicing, premium financing as needed.
• Review received policies for accuracy and correct as needed.
• Cross sell.
• Support producers selling new commercial lines of business.
• Respond to client needs and assist with reporting claims to carriers.
