Job summary

Insure Pacific is seeking a senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to support offices including Prineville and Gerald Ross Agency. The role focuses on managing client accounts from initial contact to binding, delivering proactive service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers.

The ideal candidate will hold a Property & Casualty license (OR), bring strong account analysis skills, and be proficient with Hawksoft and Google Docs.

Qualifications

• Experience with Hawksoft preferred.
• Strong relationship-building with clients and carriers.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts from initial contact through binding and ongoing service.
• Process policy changes, certificates, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements accurately and promptly.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Review client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Prepare applications, gather underwriting information, and market accounts to carriers.
• Meet agency service standards, production goals, and retention objectives.
• Keep organized, prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and account records in Hawksoft.

For this newly created role, Insure Pacific is seeking a full-time, relationship-driven Commercial Lines Account Manager supporting commercial lines across all offices including Prineville Insurance and Gerald Ross Agency. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and confident managing accounts independently while providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone who values accuracy, collaboration, and takes pride in building strong lasting relationships with clients, carrier partners, and internal team members.
