Position: Commercial Insurance Account Manager - REMOTE (Must be in PST or MST timezone)

Duties Include:

  • Accurately input policy updates and account information.
  • Communicate with clients, producers, and carrier underwriters regarding policy and coverage questions.
  • Manage marketing and quoting process for new business and renewals.
  • Identify and organize information related to account renewals.
  • Maintain consistent and timely communication with clients and carrier representatives.

Qualifications:

  • Property & Casualty Insurance license required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in independent agencies or retail brokerage.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverage and rating.
  • Experience working with various carriers and underwriters.
  • Proficiency with online rating software and insurance carrier systems.
  • Generalist with a focus on Construction.
  • Experience with EPIC or AMS360.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
