What You Will Do

The Commercial Lines Account Manager supports the sales of and provides service for commercial insurance customers. This role is responsible for changes, updates, and value‑added services.

Responsibilities

• Answer client’s questions regarding payments and notices
• Process endorsements for clients
• Manage a diverse book of house accounts
• Cross‑sell additional lines of business to existing customers
• Support designated sales staff
• Review and respond to renewal activities
• Follow up and see tasks through to completion

Qualifications

• Insurance Experience – Active Property & Casualty License required; insurance experience necessary
• 1 year of insurance experience (required)
• Multi‑tasking – Ability to manage different projects and tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Communication – Clear and calm speaking and writing to ensure customer satisfaction
• Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well‑organized manner
