Job summary

DeCarolis Insurance Agency in Leominster, MA, is seeking a Personal/Commercial lines account manager to provide exceptional service to clients, process changes, renewals, billing questions, coverage reviews, and claims support while maintaining relationships.

You will service commercial accounts including GL, Auto, WC, Property, Umbrella, and BOP; collaborate with carriers and producers; maintain records and support cross-selling opportunities; license required.

Qualifications

• Active MA Property & Casualty license required.
• 2–5 years of commercial insurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial coverages and terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial lines accounts incl. GL, Auto, WC, Property, Umbrella, BOP.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates, binders, cancellations, audits, renewals.
• Respond to client inquiries on coverage, billing, claims, servicing.
• Prepare certificates of insurance and evidence of property forms.
• Review policies and applications for accuracy.
• Coordinate with carriers and underwriters to resolve issues.
• Assist producers with account rounding and cross-selling.
• Maintain client records in agency system.
• Support renewal marketing and quoting.
• Ensure compliance with MA regulations.
• Deliver professional customer service to clients, carriers, staff.

We are looking for a Personal/ Commercial lines account manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to personal and commercial lines clients by assisting with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, coverage reviews, and claims support while maintaining strong client relationships.

Service and maintain commercial insurance accounts including General Liability, Commercial Auto, Workers’ Compensation, Property, Umbrella, and Business Owner Policies (BOP)

• Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates of insurance, binders, cancellations, audits, and renewals
• Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, claims, and policy servicing
• Prepare and issue certificates of insurance and evidence of property forms
• Review policies and applications for accuracy and completeness
• Work directly with insurance carriers and underwriters to resolve policy issues and obtain necessary documentation
• Assist producers and account managers with account rounding and cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain accurate client records within the agency management system
• Support renewal marketing and quoting processes as needed
• Ensure compliance with Massachusetts insurance regulations and agency procedures
• Deliver professional and timely customer service to clients, carriers, and internal staff

Requirements

• A ctive Massachusetts Property & Casualty License required.
• 2 to 5 years of commercial insurance and/or agency experience required
• Understanding of commercial insurance coverages and policy terminology
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
