Job summary

Pasadena Insurance Agency in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced commercial insurance professional to manage a portfolio of business clients. You will partner with producers and carriers to keep coverage aligned with client needs and deliver responsive, knowledgeable service. This salaried role follows a Monday–Thursday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

schedule and Friday 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with no travel required. Agency training is provided to help you stay current on markets and product offerings

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of insurance industry experience with commercial coverage.
• Active Texas insurance license appropriate for the role.
• Clear communication, attention to detail and dependable follow-through.
• Confidence managing multiple accounts with clients, producers and carriers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; AMS360 knowledge a plus.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts, delivering responsive service.
• Manage renewals and coordinate applications, submissions, and coverage reviews with producers and marketing.
• Collaborate with carriers to resolve policy, billing, and claims questions.
• Identify coverage gaps and opportunities to strengthen client protection.
• Maintain accurate account records and deadlines.
