Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance or account management.
• Active state insurance license or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and understand commercial insurance needs.
• Serve as main client contact, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Prepare, present quotes, proposals, and policy renewals for clients.
• Negotiate with carriers for coverage and pricing within guidelines.
• Manage policy changes, claims, and service requests efficiently.
• Stay informed on market trends and provide sound advice.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to support growth.
• Maintain accurate client and policy records in systems.
• Participate in networking events to promote the company.
