Job summary

Stones River Electric is seeking a Lighting Technician in Mississippi to support our growing national operations. The role focuses on installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting commercial and industrial lighting systems and controls.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of hands-on field experience, are able to lift up to 50 pounds, and work independently in the field. A valid driver’s license and pass of background checks are required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on field experience with commercial lighting systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload in the field
• Comfortable using basic technology (iPad, etc.)
• Good communication skills
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Must pass drug screen, background check, and MVR

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial and industrial lighting systems, controls, and associated electrical branch circuits.
• Support preventive maintenance activities on lighting systems.
• Collaborate with team to complete projects on time and within scope
