Commercial Lift Operator and Window Cleaning Technician

S&K Building Services is expanding our team nationwide and seeking a Commercial Lift Operator and Window Cleaning Technician. In this role, you'll support our clients by operating aerial scissor lifts and boom lifts to clean windows on high-rise buildings. We offer opportunities for advancement, training, and internal promotion.

This position supports our main branch & Headquarters at 4801 Industrial Pkwy, Indianapolis, IN 46226.

Responsibilities

• Clean windows and glass surfaces using non-abrasive tools
• Operate aerial scissor lifts and boom lifts safely to access high windows
• Communicate with site contacts and obtain work endorsements
• Transport, set up, and break down water-fed poles and other cleaning equipment
• Clean up after each job to leave no residue
• Maintain the company vehicle and ensure it is stocked with supplies
• Attend weekly safety meetings

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience operating aerial scissor lifts and boom lifts
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to work sites
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work at heights up to 40 ft (safety training provided)
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Excellent time-management and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills

• Certification to operate aerial lifts
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
