Job summary

The role involves delivering client-facing engagements and shaping lending offerings. You will coordinate across teams, manage delivery, and travel up to 80% in the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a professional services firm delivering technology or management consulting engagements.
• 2+ years in commercial credit industry (sales, underwriting, servicing, portfolio management).
• Experience on an nCino or Salesforce project delivery for commercial lending.

Responsibilities

• Support Commercial Credit Transformation programs including strategy, operating model changes, and technology implementations.
• Design next generation experiences and platforms for commercial lending clients.
• Manage project delivery and development of client deliverables/solutions.
• Source and coordinate work from other internal teams.
• Develop next generation wholesale credit technology offerings.
• Serve as trusted advisor to C-suite clients on critical business problems.
