The role includes assisting loan closings, processing payments, and supporting relationship managers with loan activity and reporting.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 2+ years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of commercial lending policies, with proficient Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years related experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending products, policy, and loan documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and efficient service to external and internal customers.
• Assist Relationship Managers with loan closings and preparing closing packages.
• Process payments, advances, wires, and line of credit adjustments.
• Support reporting, loan activities, delinquencies, and documentation in the loan system.
• May perform notary services and handle complex customer research when needed.
